Rheini-Chem washes approximately 3800 Road Tankers per month which includes a range of all the current Transport Operators in Southern Africa. Rheini-Chem washes a variety of Iso Tainers which includes pressure tests and minor servicing.
We operate 5 Washbays in:
• Gauteng,
• Mpumalanga,
• Kwazulu Natal.
Washing techniques are based on:
• High pressure steam application
• Mechanical spinner application
• Industry proven cleaning material (Rheini-Chem product list)
• FSSC 22000
• Highly skilled staff
• Tank entry techniques are used to ensure 100% cleanliness
Rheini-Chem uses a professional, computerized system to issue a washing certificate and electronically updates all customer reports at our Head Office in Kinross. The system encompasses a comprehensive Management Information System which includes a range of customer reports I.e. Lead times, # of washes per customer, utilization etc.
Tank cleaning stations are divided into food grade bays and Fuel & Chemical bays. Various Tank cleaning stations are operated 7 days a week on a 24 hour basis. Washing lead times vary from 45minutes for solvent washes to 180 minutes for oily washes.
Washing processes are stipulated per category of Solvents, Oils and Food grade products. All effluent management and water recycling is done via approved systems and waste disposal authorities.
